Favourite Toffee Makers for generations, Walker’s Nonsuch, have re-launching their ever popular Tray Toffee Range.
Proud to be a quality British manufacturer, the family company have made a significant improvement by adding a protective tray to each individual bar prior to packing in the traditional metal tray. By doing this, each tray can now be displayed standing upright without the toffee bars suffering from ‘cold flow’ for which toffee is prone to.
Another benefit is the presentation remains pristine and presentable at all times (no toffee sticks to the film) and each bar is easily ‘whacked, unwrapped and broken in to definite segments making it easy to eat.
To further promote sales the new carton couples as a display case perfect for the cash and carry trade. The newly designed case is branded with the Walker’s logo, and union jacks giving a sense of individuality.
Emma Walker comments, “These toffee bars were a creation of my Great Grandfather in the 1950’s and have remained a true favourite over the years. Little has changed with the recipe, we continue to use whole milk and butter, and there are no artificial colours, preservatives or hydrogenated vegetable oils used. Walker’s toffee is a good honest indulgent treat!”
Varieties include, Original Creamy, Brazil Nut, Milk Chocolate Covered Toffee, Treacle, Luxury Fruit and Nut, Whole Roasted Hazlenut and Liquorice Toffee. Bars retail from 60p. (Packed 10 x 10 x 100g).
